  • Build and run strategic community partnerships against clear commercial and brand targets, identifying and landing four to six partnerships annually.
  • Manage partnerships as commercial relationships with explicit performance targets.
  • Run the high-touch advocacy program for top-tier investors, identifying likely advocates and building relationships to drive one-to-many introductions.

  • Build a feedback loop between community signal and the rest of the business, turning insights into structured input.
  • Communicate investor profiles, expectations, and delivery standards to the entire organization.
  • Run community as an AI-native function, designing a system where network learning compounds and personal attention at scale is the default.

Requirements

  • Ten or more years in community, membership, partnerships, or events with a track record of building engaged communities.
  • Experience owning partnerships as commercial relationships, including writing briefs, negotiating terms, and holding partners accountable.
  • Hands-on experience with an ultra-high-net-worth audience in a community, membership, or network capacity.
  • Comfortable hosting and engaging in conversations with diverse high-profile individuals.
  • Strong commercial instinct, with experience owning numbers and discussing AUM and pipeline in financial terms.
  • Operational rigor, including managing guest lists, budgets, run sheets, suppliers, and CRM data.
  • AI-native mindset, with experience using AI tools and thinking about building intelligence into systems.
