About the Role

In this role, you will be an Investment Operations Oversight Analyst responsible for direct operational support to Jupiter’s Investment Managers and Trading teams, as well as other key stakeholders. You will also perform oversight of outsourced BNY Middle Office activities and report to the Head of Investment Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks aligned with the team’s oversight framework ensuring effective monitoring for service issues and degradation.
  • Oversee the operational lifecycle of exchange-traded and OTC derivative products.
  • Support implementation of new derivative products.
  • Monitor business as usual Middle Office processing, including trade matching, trade settlement, security set-up and maintenance, corporate actions, and reconciliations.
  • Build strong working relationships across Investment Management, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Tech, and third-party service providers.
  • Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, proactively engaging in face-to-face discussions to resolve issues, understand business requirements, and foster collaboration.
  • Act as internal liaison for fund change activity, including launches, closures, and restructuring.
  • Assist with or manage complex events requiring internal Jupiter engagement.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex queries or issues requiring Jupiter intervention for outsourced Middle Office services.
  • Support all change activities, liaising with Blackrock/BNY, ensuring requirements are detailed and understood.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of OTC and listed derivatives.
  • Extensive experience in the collective investments industry with proven SME knowledge in key Investment Operations areas.
  • Flexible and team-oriented.
  • Good analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Organized, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Experienced in developing constructive internal and external relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
