Responsibilities
- Architecting complex technical product solutions based on detailed analysis of customer requirements
- Leading technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to identify business needs and translate them into comprehensive solution designs
- Mentoring junior technical sales engineers while providing advanced troubleshooting support for critical customer implementations
- Developing strategic product integration roadmaps through collaboration with cross-functional teams and key enterprise customers
- Orchestrating proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical presentations to validate proposed technical solutions for prospects
- Analyzing customer technical environments to recommend optimal configurations for product delivery and platforms
- Synthesizing complex technical requirements into clear solution proposals aligned with customer business objectives and technical constraints
- Implementing advanced technical solutions while providing expertise on platforms and product delivery architectures
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
