About the Role

Your mission is to take our high-performing Sydney team to new heights by bringing in exceptional talent who align with culture and mission. You’ll be focusing on a wide variety of roles including technical, operational and go-to-market related positions. You’ll own the entire recruitment life cycle, starting from employer branding strategies to attract the right talent, through to meeting them on their first day.

Responsibilities

Own the entire recruitment life cycle, from employer branding to candidate onboarding.
Actively profile, identify, and attract both active and passive candidates.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Build long-lasting relationships with passive candidates.
Maintain the company's unique culture while growing the team.

Requirements

3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally from an internal or agency role.
Experience juggling different priorities and stakeholders.
Adaptable and enjoy the challenge of learning how to hire within new industries.
Highly organized.
Ability to hold stakeholders accountable.
Comfortable building relationships with hiring managers both locally and globally.
Outstanding communicator.
Enjoy building rapport and long-lasting relationships with candidates.
