About the Role
Develop innovative products for the real estate, banking, and insurance industries by analyzing customer requirements and business processes. Integrate real estate, market, and geo-data with digital services into modern valuation and financing processes. Identify new market potentials and customer groups, and support the continuous development of data and valuation services.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate customer requirements and business processes in the real estate, banking, and insurance sectors.
- Develop innovative product ideas for integrating real estate, market, and geo-data, as well as digital services, into modern valuation and financing processes.
- Identify new market potentials and customer groups in collaboration with the team.
- Develop and refine technical concepts and requirements for new products, features, and services.
- Accompany the implementation of requirements from initial idea to market launch in close cooperation with Product Owners and agile development teams.
- Support the continuous development of the product portfolio for data and valuation services with your input.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in product management, business analysis, or a comparable role.
- Background in real estate economics, business, engineering, or natural sciences, or a comparable education in the finance, real estate, or insurance sector.
- Ideally, experience with real estate valuation, real estate financing, or data-driven solutions in the real estate sector.
- Enjoy analyzing business processes and capturing and structuring requirements.
- Analytical thinking, creativity, and an independent work style.
- Ease in collaborating with different departments and stakeholders.
- Very good German language skills (C1).
- English language skills are an advantage.
