About the Role
As a Project Manager Construction, you will be responsible for steering the renovations to the new restaurant concept in your area of responsibility, considering all building law and technical requirements. You will work closely with your colleagues in the Construction and Facility Management teams, supporting each other in an agile work environment. You will coordinate with our franchisees and operational teams on project implementation and maintain transparent communication. You will be responsible for constantly monitoring project progress (costs, building permits, etc.) to ensure timely completion of renovations. You will collaborate closely with external partners such as architects, engineers, suppliers, and authorities to realize your projects.
Responsibilities
- Project steering of renovations to the new restaurant concept in your area of responsibility, considering all building law and technical requirements.
- Close collaboration and mutual support within the Construction and Facility Management teams in an agile work environment.
- Coordination with franchisees and operational teams for project implementation and transparent communication.
- Constant monitoring of project progress (costs, building permits, etc.) to ensure timely completion of renovations.
- Collaboration with external partners such as architects, engineers, suppliers, and authorities for project realization.
Requirements
- Completed degree in (Interior) Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable course of study.
- Solid professional experience, ideally in construction, planning, or facility management.
- Agile work on interdisciplinary topics and teams.
- High sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Experience with relevant laws, standards, and regulations is desirable.
- Willingness to travel on a daily basis (driver's license required).
