About the Role
As a Group Fitness Instructor at Fitness First, you will lead "best in industry" group fitness classes, creating a welcoming environment where all members feel comfortable and can achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and accessible group fitness classes
- Ensure the well-being and safety of members
- Maintain consistent delivery of the class format
- Maximise class attendance through high-level execution
- Ensure studios are kept neat and tidy, with all equipment packed away
Requirements
- GEL Certification or Cert III (or higher) in Fitness
- Registration with Fitness Australia
- First Aid and CPR certifications
- Industry recognised qualification in your field of practice
- Ability to engage with and motivate members
