About the Role
This part-time, ongoing role in the Business Services team provides basic administration support across 31 Maurice Blackburn offices. It's a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about customer service and eager to build administrative skills within a law firm.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic administration support.
- Support with court filing, banking, services, and deliveries.
- Organize meeting rooms.
- Perform mailroom duties, including mail delivery.
- Handle printing and scanning tasks.
- Provide other ad hoc support as needed by the Business Services team.
Requirements
- Previous experience gained through a retail or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to providing excellent client service to internal and external clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo background checks.
