About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with leaders to foster a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workplace. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with financial services experience, supporting Sales, Customer, and Credit teams. You will offer practical HR guidance, implement People & Culture initiatives, and align with business objectives in a dynamic, tech-focused setting.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders at all levels as their primary People & Culture contact for Sales, Customer, and Credit teams.
  • Provide commercially sound advice on a wide range of people matters, including daily employee queries and complex issues.
  • Coach managers on performance, engagement, and leadership within client-facing and credit functions.
  • Advise on organizational design, role clarity, and workforce planning to support business growth.
  • Support the development of high-performing teams and ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Lead and contribute to change initiatives, such as restructures and system rollouts.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures, adhering to financial services regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with leaders on HR risk management and complex people matters.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to people processes and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives and projects across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of generalist HR or People & Culture experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Current knowledge of modern HR practices within a regulated environment.
  • Ability to confidently guide leaders at all levels, including senior executives, through change and complex people issues.
  • Capacity to manage competing stakeholder demands across multiple functions effectively.
  • Clear communication and coaching skills with the ability to influence and advise diverse business functions.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
