About the Role
Lead critical programs and campaigns in Communications, Space, Sensing, and Mission Management. This role requires a leader who brings vision, operational discipline, strong collaboration, and a deep commitment to developing people. The leader will balance near-term execution with long-term strategic positioning, product innovation, and market expansion, reporting to the Deputy Vice President, C4ISRS and driving optimal business performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in engineering, business, or related discipline.
- Proven track record driving growth and performance across complex portfolios.
- Demonstrated success leading A&D programs, portfolios, and transformation.
- Strong command of program execution, financial performance, customer priorities, and the A&D market.
- Ability to align and mobilize cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, programs product management, and strategy.
- Track record of solving complex business and program challenges and driving results through ambiguity.
- Proven ability to build and influence senior customer relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
