About the Role

Lead critical programs and campaigns in Communications, Space, Sensing, and Mission Management. This role requires a leader who brings vision, operational discipline, strong collaboration, and a deep commitment to developing people. The leader will balance near-term execution with long-term strategic positioning, product innovation, and market expansion, reporting to the Deputy Vice President, C4ISRS and driving optimal business performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in engineering, business, or related discipline.
Proven track record driving growth and performance across complex portfolios.
Demonstrated success leading A&D programs, portfolios, and transformation.
Strong command of program execution, financial performance, customer priorities, and the A&D market.
Ability to align and mobilize cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, programs product management, and strategy.
Track record of solving complex business and program challenges and driving results through ambiguity.
Proven ability to build and influence senior customer relationships internally and externally.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
