About the Role

Energetic and professional Executive Assistant with a commitment to excellence and a proven ability to adapt their approach to support senior leaders within the Information Technology division. Reporting to the Group Head Assistant, you will join a high-performing Executive Support team while operating independently within a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Managing complex email inboxes, calendars and daily schedules for senior technology leaders
  • Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes and coordinating follow-up actions from leadership, governance, project and team meetings
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Providing general administrative support, including correspondence, expense management, reporting and technology-related documentation
  • Supporting technology projects, leadership forums and operational planning activities
  • Delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced and evolving environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Leveraging AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, generate insights and enhance Executive Assistant outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders within a complex corporate, technology or professional services environment
  • Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and consistently demonstrate initiative
  • Confident managing expectations across a diverse stakeholder group while exercising sound judgement, discretion and professionalism
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and comfortable working within an agile technology environment
  • Strong organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate flexibility in your work approach, including occasional availability outside standard business hours when required
  • Build trusted relationships quickly across technology and business teams to drive efficient and effective outcomes
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, systems and collaboration tools
  • Digitally curious, with the ability to translate technology capabilities into practical solutions that enhance executive support and business effectiveness
