We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Sales Assistant for our Greenwood Plaza location. This role offers a supportive, family-driven environment where you will be valued and encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine, friendly interactions.
- Utilize product knowledge and styling skills to assist customers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Maintain store presentation through visual merchandising and stock processing.
Requirements
- Experience in fashion retail or a customer-focused environment.
- A genuine passion for the brand and its customers.
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset.
- Great visual merchandising and styling ability.
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends (approx. 10–15 hours per week).
- Flexibility for extra shifts during peak periods and to cover team member leave.
