About the Role
Greenbrook is aggressively scaling patients and clinics, and this role is central to making that growth predictable and actionable by building visibility and operating infrastructure. You will own the analytical foundation, operating cadence, cross-functional interface, and strategic analysis for the growth function, operating with high autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Own the growth model, including projected conversions, staffing ratios, panel maturity, and scenario planning for expansions.
- Develop the Growth budget by translating enterprise CAC targets into channel-specific budgets.
- Define KPIs, business logic, dashboards, and ensure data accuracy for the growth function.
- Manage and optimize the HubSpot instance, including workflow design, dashboards, and user management.
- Set the technology investment roadmap for the growth function, including AI enablement.
- Identify and execute process improvements to support the growth team's scale.
- Own the annual and quarterly OKR process for the Growth team end-to-end.
- Deliver timely and predictable reporting to the growth team and leadership.
- Manage growth team documentation and ensure the knowledge hub is up-to-date.
- Own the physician capacity framework and triggers in partnership with the Director of Growth and Operations leaders.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team and advocate for capacity expansion.
- Proactively identify, document, and manage cross-functional dependencies with the growth team.
- Own the analytical workstreams for strategic decisions, including payer transfer modeling, acquisition due diligence support, and channel CAC/ROI analysis.
- Provide proactive analyses to guide growth leadership decisions.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in Growth Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a similar function within a high-growth healthcare or multi-site services organization.
- Track record of independently owning complex, ambiguous workstreams end-to-end.
- Proven ability to influence executive-level decisions.
- Experience managing people or demonstrated readiness to build and lead a high-performing team.
