About the Role
The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is seeking an experienced and people-focused Team Leader, Desktop Services to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering outstanding workplace technology services across the Bank. This role is key to ensuring desktop and workplace technology services meet evolving business needs and offers an opportunity to join an organisation where technology is critical to supporting business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a team of desktop services professionals.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all areas and levels of the Bank.
- Acting as the primary point of engagement for workplace technology and end-user computing services.
- Partnering with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
- Managing service delivery, incidents, problems, and change activities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Influencing and driving outcomes across technical and non-technical teams in a complex enterprise environment.
- Supporting the ongoing evolution of workplace technology services to meet current and future business needs.
Requirements
- Experienced people leader who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with senior executives, technical specialists, and end users.
- Proven ability to build credibility, influence decisions, and achieve outcomes through collaboration.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
