Responsibilities

• Manage the professional work of a team of 8-18 people within the organizational unit.
• Support the organizational integration of new colleagues.
• Coordinate employee training and evaluate their performance.
• Maintain contact with related departments.
• Supervise quality work in the given areas.
• Collaborate daily with the shift leader and other departments (QM, trainers).

Requirements

• Secondary school education.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
• Willingness to work overtime on weekends.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Decisive demeanor and quality-conscious attitude.
• Good stress tolerance and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, independent work.
• Good communication and cooperation skills.
• Ability to handle workload.
• Valid forklift license (3312, 3313, 3324) is an advantage.
