About the Role
Glorious Art, a successful tattoo and piercing studio chain with nearly 40 locations, is seeking dedicated and competent support for its daily operations at its Berlin locations (Spandau Arcaden, Schönhauser Allee Arcaden, Gropius Passagen) as part of its nationwide expansion.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a friendly manner and provide assistance.
- Answer phone inquiries and schedule appointments.
- Ensure effective communication with all parties involved.
- Respond to emails and digital inquiries competently and friendly.
- Process transactions and assist customers with product selection.
- Maintain workstation readiness for smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Ideally, possess initial experience in service or reception; motivated career changers are also welcome.
- Friendly demeanor and engaging personality to reassure customers.
- Independent and structured work style with a hands-on mentality.
- Proficiency in German.
- Ability to communicate well in English for international clients and guest artists.
- Interest in training to become a piercer.
