About the Role
We are seeking Christmas casual team members to join Skechers. You will be the face of the brand, welcoming customers, assisting them in finding products, and maintaining store presentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Meet sales goals and support team KPIs
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
- Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation
- Work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude to every shift
Requirements
- A genuine passion for customer service and retail
- Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Full availability from October 2026 to mid-January 2027 – especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
