About the Role

Responsibilities

• Deliver Amazon packages (primarily lightweight) to individual homes and businesses using a light van.
• Follow routes displayed on the app.
• Deliveries are concentrated in specific areas for efficiency.
• Approximately 90% of deliveries are "置き配" (leave-at-door), reducing customer interaction stress.
• Load packages at the distribution center (approx. 15 minutes).
• Start morning route deliveries.
• Take a break (at least 60 minutes).
• Start afternoon route deliveries (same or nearby area for efficiency).
• Complete deliveries and report completion via the app.

Requirements

• Possess a regular driver's license (AT-limited OK).
• Open to beginners, those with employment gaps, housewives/husbands, seniors, and those seeking side jobs.
• No restrictions on education, age, or gender.
• Light van持ち込み (bring your own van) is welcome; leasing is available if you don't have a vehicle.
• Must be able to complete work via smartphone.

Salary/Compensations

• Daily guarantee: JPY 23,450 (from the first day, including training period).
• Monthly income model (5 days/week, 23 days/month): Basic compensation JPY 23,450 x 23 days = JPY 539,350 + separate incentives.
• Monthly income model (3 days/week): Starting from JPY 328,300 (suitable for side jobs or balancing with family).
