About the Role
This role involves the assembly and installation of 1 KV and 20 KV underground cable lines and systems, including cabinet and switchgear construction, and meter replacement. You will also be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and ensuring safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and installation work on 1 KV and 20 KV underground cable lines and systems.
- Mounting and installation of cables and joints in low (1 KV) and medium voltage networks (20 KV).
- Construction of control cabinets and switchgear.
- Meter replacement.
- Perform regular maintenance and repair work on existing low and medium voltage systems.
- Identify and resolve faults and errors in power grids.
- Conduct tests and measurements to ensure the proper functioning of systems.
- Adhere to safety regulations and standards on the construction site.
- Create reports and documentation on completed work and tests.
Requirements
- Completed training as an electronics technician for operational technology, energy system electronics technician, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in low and medium voltage technology.
- Sound knowledge in the assembly and maintenance of 1 KV and 20 KV systems.
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity.
- Reliability and sense of responsibility.
- Valid driver's license class B, additional classes (e.g., BE) are an advantage.
- Special knowledge and requirements of our customers are imparted through individual company further training and courses.
- Certified electrician for selected tasks.
- Approval for 1-KV / 20-KV installations.
- "Working live" qualification.
