Responsibilities

Teach topics in the areas of nursing & medical basics, anatomy and physiology, diseases (e.g., diabetes, cardiovascular diseases), prophylaxis and hygiene standards.
Teach topics in the areas of care & activation, communication and relationship building, dealing with dementia and validation, activation offers (memory training, movement, creative methods).
Teach topics in the areas of household management & nutrition, nutritional science and diet types, hygiene in the household, laundry care and room design.
Teach topics in the areas of law & emergency situations, basics of nursing insurance, documentation, behavior in emergencies / first aid.
Develop professional competence, not just convey theory.

Requirements

Professional qualification: Training or study in the field of geriatric care, health and nursing care, social pedagogy, household management, medicine, or comparable.
Pedagogical experience.
Ideally, teaching or workshop experience.
AEVO/AdA certificate advantageous.
Empathy and patience.
Structured way of working.
Ability to convey complex content understandably and practically.
Enjoyment of working with diverse groups.
