Responsibilities

Conducting online teaching in learning and development support
Teaching practice-oriented content for use in daycares, schools, and educational institutions
Designing varied, interactive digital learning formats, even over longer teaching phases
Supporting participants in their professional and personal development
Contributing own practical experience from daily pedagogical work

Requirements

Completed pedagogical studies (e.g., social pedagogy, educational sciences, teaching degree, or comparable)
Demonstrable experience in online teaching / digital instruction
Experience in pedagogical work fields, e.g., school support, activity in daycare centers (e.g., as a specialist or manager), work in a school context
Enjoyment of digital teaching formats and confident use of online tools
Ability to design longer teaching units in a didactically varied manner
Structured, independent way of working
Empathy and strong communication skills in dealing with diverse groups
Very good German language skills for internal communication
