About the Role
The Content & Business Product Success Manager (SM) is a trusted advisor responsible for building relationships, designing and delivering tailored learning experiences, driving product adoption, and enhancing user engagement with Netflix-built apps. This role focuses on developing user communication and education strategies, implementing scalable learning solutions, and gathering product feedback to provide insights to Product partners. The role is UK-focused but requires global thinking and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable, blended learning experiences that translate complex business workflows into clear, user-friendly content.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive library of learning resources and subject matter materials.
- Develop and execute communication and learning strategies that drive user engagement and product adoption.
- Lead end-to-end project management for communication and learning initiatives.
- Own communication strategies for product and feature launches.
- Drive change management efforts to enable user adoption of new and evolving products.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define user learning goals and align on communication strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure tools and workflows align with business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with Studio business partners, SMEs, and end users.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize user feedback to identify trends and communicate actionable insights.
- Use data and insights to craft narratives communicating user experience, product performance, and adoption trends.
- Understand and communicate domain-specific concepts and workflows to non-expert audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Learning and Development or Customer/User Success experience.
- Deep GenAI fluency and comfort with AI-powered productivity tools.
- Ability to design blended learning programs.
- Superb content creation skills for all learning materials.
- Skilled in delivering both in-person and online programs with strong facilitation skills.
- Proven track record of evaluating programs and assessing impacts on end users.
- Experience supporting system implementations, transformations, or change management initiatives is a plus.
