About the Role
We are seeking a People Operations Manager to build and own our people processes and systems from end to end, designing, fixing, and establishing a foundation that supports significant growth. This individual-contributor role focuses on creating scalable systems rather than managing a team.

- Act as the point person for employee relations and HR compliance questions.
- Partner with adjacent Ops functions (Finance, IT, general Operations) to ensure clean workflow integration.
- Identify opportunities to scale and automate people-ops systems and workflows, including through AI tools.
- Serve as a champion and steward of internal team culture, establishing and improving practices, traditions, and rituals.
- Prioritize effectively, identifying immediate needs versus those that can wait for more headcount.
Requirements
- Prior experience building or substantially improving, and then leading, people operations processes and systems at a scaling organization.
- Demonstrated ability to design systems from scratch.
- Strong understanding of core HR/people-ops fundamentals across the full lifecycle.
- Comfortable operating as an individual contributor with high autonomy.
