About the Role

Join our team to help clients make strategic decisions in AI & Data, from defining AI & Data strategy to implementing large-scale data platforms, visual analytics programs, and smart "Age of With" solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in developing and implementing modern AI and GenAI solutions.
• Help bring innovative use cases to practice.
• Actively participate in agile, interdisciplinary project teams.
• Contribute to the implementation of innovative AI and GenAI solutions that create measurable business value for clients.
• Analyze business requirements, processes, and existing system landscapes.
• Identify suitable AI and GenAI use cases.
• Develop and implement AI and GenAI solutions under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
• Assist in integrating solutions into existing corporate processes and IT landscapes.
• Participate in the operationalization, testing, and operation of AI applications.
• Support the setup of scalable and reliable AI architectures.
• Contribute to the evaluation of new technologies, frameworks, and best practices in AI Engineering.
• Support the prototypical development of innovative solutions.

Requirements

• First professional experience in the development, implementation, or operationalization of AI or GenAI solutions in a corporate context, ideally with cloud-based technologies.
• Successfully completed studies in (Business) Informatics, (Business) Engineering, Economics with a focus on Informatics, or a comparable degree program.
• Programming skills in Python or a comparable programming language.
• First practical experience with modern AI and GenAI technologies, such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Gemini, or frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Basic knowledge of software engineering and API integration.
• First experience with cloud platforms, MLOps, or DevOps concepts is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent German (C1) and English, both written and spoken.
