About the Role
ISS is seeking a Cleaner to join an onsite factory facility in Haymarket & Hurstville, NSW, on a casual basis. The role involves delivering high-standard cleaning services and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-standard cleaning services in accordance with site requirements and schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Complete daily, periodic, and ad hoc cleaning tasks to a consistently high standard.
- Safely operate, clean, and maintain equipment and supplies.
- Follow site procedures, work instructions, and management direction.
- Communicate effectively with clients and report maintenance or service issues as required.
- Maintain accurate records and complete relevant site documentation.
- Adhere to all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Identify hazards, report concerns, and contribute to a safe workplace.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Experience in cleaning operations; domestic, commercial or industrial
- National Police clearance, within 12 months of issue
- Self-motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job
- Professional presentation and customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must provide a clear National Police Check within 12 months of issue if successful.
