About the Role

This generalist finance role works directly with the CFO on capital raises, FP&A, investor reporting, financial modeling, and strategic analysis. The position involves preparing for board meetings, investor calls, and strategic decisions. It is ideal for individuals with a background in investment banking, PE, or VC seeking to build rather than advise.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising processes end-to-end, including data rooms, investor materials, financial models, and due diligence coordination.
• Own recurring FP&A, encompassing monthly reporting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
• Build and maintain financial models for unit economics, scenario planning, and strategic decisions.
• Prepare investor updates, board decks, and KPI dashboards.
• Handle ad-hoc finance and strategy projects such as grant applications, partnership economics, and contract analysis.
• Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, and legal counsel on compliance, tax, and corporate housekeeping.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, or a high-growth startup finance team.
• Excellent financial modeling skills (Excel/Sheets).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and defining problems before solving them.
• Fluent in English.
• Genuine interest in infrastructure, cloud, or AI markets.
