About the Role

Join a San Francisco-based AI-native insurance brokerage that is disrupting the trillion-dollar insurance industry. This role offers an opportunity to take ownership from day one and leverage proven technology and processes to navigate the excess and surplus lines market.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial policy lifecycle, including marketing, quoting, and binding.
• Assess complex risks and manage end-to-end policy placement.
• Develop risk profiles and implement insurance strategies.
• Utilize market relationships to secure optimal pricing with specialty carriers.
• Cultivate strong relationships with insurance carrier underwriters.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of commercial insurance knowledge.
• Strong E&S or wholesale experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license.

• $100,000 - $145,000 base salary + incentives
