About the Role
Amazing Lash Studio® is seeking a sales and operations manager to oversee sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio. This role offers growth opportunities within the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Sell services and products consistently.
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales goals.
- Motivate staff to achieve and exceed personal, team, and individual membership and retail sales goals.
- Foster a positive culture through team recognition and studio contests.
- Create a friendly environment by greeting, assisting, and responding to guest needs.
- Manage schedules and inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and impeccable studio.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals.
- Excellent leadership skills to manage a team efficiently and ensure smooth operations.
- Open availability to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and delegate tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for confident communication.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong project management abilities.
