About the Role

As Triumph's first dedicated IT hire, you will establish the entire IT function from the ground up. This hands-on role involves building and designing networks, identity management, endpoint management, and office infrastructure, reporting to the Head of Security.

Responsibilities

• Build out the corporate network end to end, including VLANs, switching, segmentation, and WiFi across both offices.
• Own endpoint management and device lifecycle, from provisioning through MDM to patching and deprovisioning.
• Establish and mature the corporate identity program on Okta, driving SSO and MFA coverage across SaaS applications.
• Build the identity lifecycle process for new hires and departing employees.
• Design and deploy AV and conferencing solutions for meeting rooms.
• Manage the physical buildout of office spaces, including cabling and vendor coordination.
• Automate repetitive IT tasks using AI to improve scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on knowledge of corporate networking (VLANs, switching, WiFi).
• Expertise in endpoint management (MDM, device lifecycle).
• Proficiency with identity platforms like Okta (SSO, MFA, RBAC).
• Proven track record of owning infrastructure projects end to end.
• Comfort with physical office buildout, including network cabling and coordinating contractors.
• Ability to think in programs rather than tickets.
• Fluency with AI tooling as a daily working habit.
• Strong judgment regarding AI implementation and human oversight.
• Comfort being the first and only person in a function, setting direction and driving work to completion.
• Interest in growing into security-adjacent work over time.
