About the Role

The Commercial Content Team creates innovative branded content solutions for clients and consumers across Bauer Media's radio brands. This role focuses on driving revenue, reputation, and results for the Hits Radio Network and Greatest Hits Radio Network's audio branded content offering.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and host daily branded content brainstorm meetings with relevant commercial and content teams to discuss client briefs.
  • Take the lead on briefs, suggest ideas, and support commercial colleagues.
  • Provide write-ups of discussed ideas with accurate media planning instructions.
  • Work across all pitches and booked branded content campaigns for the Hits Radio Network and Greatest Hits Radio Network.
  • Manage client/category and talent conflict to maximize branded content revenue.
  • Develop strong, commercially-focused relationships with key stakeholders across HRN, GHR, and Partner stations.
  • Act as a 'Creative Ambassador' and brand champion for HRN and GHR, driving radio brand-led pro-active opportunities across advertising.
  • Serve as the 'go-to' person for commercial teams regarding HRN and GHR, supporting team members with knowledge and expertise.
  • Attend client and agency meetings as a platform and brand expert to sell in HRN/GHR creative solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience working in branded content at a media owner/agency.
  • A good understanding of the audio branded content market.
  • Experience presenting ideas to clients and leading creative sessions/brainstorms.
  • A commercial, solutions-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to make confident and well-thought-through decisions quickly.
  • Ability to build strong and effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
