About the Role
As a Senior Salesforce Effectiveness Analyst, you will optimize sales performance through data-driven insights, technology adoption, and strategic enablement. You will be responsible for pipeline data integrity and forecast accuracy, providing analyses to identify gaps and improve close rates. You will also champion sales technologies, lead change management for strategic sales initiatives, streamline onboarding, and partner with sales managers for targeted training.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders, providing data-driven insights and proactive recommendations during key business reviews and planning cycles.
- Drive accurate sales pipeline data integrity and deliver monthly analysis to highlight its health, identify gaps, and improve forecast and commit-close accuracy.
- Lead the adoption of new sales technologies, including AI-powered tools like zSales Assistant and Deep Research AI.
- Support change management for strategic sales plays and initiatives, monitoring progress and reporting on their impact.
- Guide leadership through annual sales compensation and territory planning.
- Streamline the onboarding process for new hires and partner with managers to execute targeted training.
- Analyze complex data to uncover root causes and build actionable solutions.
- Inspire teams to embrace new tools and processes.
- Build trusted relationships and effectively influence leadership.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 10+ years equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with demonstrated experience in presenting to senior leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must be able to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Holtsville, NY or Lincolnshire, IL.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
