About the Role
Join the Crown Solicitor’s Office and play an important role in the effective administration of legal matters, compliance reporting and panel management. This role supports the efficient administration of legal matters and ensures the accuracy and integrity of panel reporting data. Responsibilities include preparing and distributing reports, monitoring compliance, and coordinating workflows. The role requires liaison with internal and external stakeholders to obtain, verify, and update information, providing guidance to maintain consistency and quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support the efficient administration of legal matters.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of panel reporting data.
- Prepare and distribute reports.
- Monitor compliance with service level agreements and panel requirements.
- Coordinate workflows to support day-to-day operations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external panel contacts.
- Obtain, verify, and update information.
- Provide guidance and practical support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and stronger working relationships.
Requirements
