About the Role
As a Christmas Casual at Hype DC, you will bring energy and a can-do attitude to our busiest time of year, assisting customers, managing stock, and ensuring a positive store environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sneakers and fast-paced retail.
Responsibilities
- Create a standout and memorable experience for every customer.
- Support the team to achieve sales and KPI goals.
- Manage stock by receiving, restocking, and maintaining shelf levels.
- Pick and pack click and dispatch orders.
- Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness.
- Contribute positive energy and a team-first attitude during every shift.
Requirements
- Full availability from October 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
- Retail experience is beneficial but not required.
- Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven.
- Openness to learning and feedback.
