About the Role
The Household Manager will oversee all operational, maintenance, and administrative functions across the Family's private properties and residences. This role serves as the primary on-site liaison for vendors and contractors, directs household staff, and manages daily operations with the highest standards of care, discretion, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
- Source, coordinate, and schedule outsourced vendors for repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects are completed.
- Liaise with shared property maintenance staff and outside vendors.
- Support the Family with construction oversight, protocols, and punch lists.
- Work closely with vendors, designers, and general contractors on project progress.
- Refine documentation systems including building access, maintenance logs, warranties, inventories, and property operation manuals.
- Develop and maintain emergency preparedness procedures, supplies, and safety protocols.
- Transport principals and family as needed.
- Exercise family pets and transport them to groomer and veterinarian as directed.
- Coordinate vendors and service providers for AV/IT and utility systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.
- Coordinate administration, licensing, insurance, maintenance, inspections, detailing, and fueling for all vehicles.
- Represent the Family professionally with neighbors, city officials, and others.
- Escalate concerns as appropriate.
- Supervise local household and property maintenance activities.
- Facilitate efficiency, maximize performance, and ensure vendor consensus on deliverables and deadlines.
- Work collaboratively to support the Family's goals and expectations.
- Coordinate site access in accordance with established security protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality, private service, or a related field, ideally within an ultra-high-net-worth or luxury environment.
- Up to 10% travel may be required with advance notice not always available.
- Must be able to legally work in the country without visa sponsorship.
- Must have a personal car available for possible use.

Salary/Compensations
- $160,000—$175,000 USD
