About the Role

Jukebox is seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead and expand its digital presence across its website, email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription channels. This role requires a proactive individual to drive launches, shape the online customer experience, and optimize conversion and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage myjukebox.com, including merchandising, launches, landing pages, and optimization.
  • Create compelling, high-converting digital experiences for campaigns and brand moments.
  • Continuously test, learn, and improve conversion rates, average order value, and the customer journey.
  • Oversee email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription strategies, execution, and performance.
  • Develop lifecycle journeys to enhance repeat purchases, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Execute launches, campaigns, and brand moments across all lifecycle channels.
  • Analyze performance data to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team on acquisition funnels, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and testing.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies and implement them rapidly.
  • Act as the digital lead across Brand, Growth, Creative, and Integrated Marketing teams.
  • Drive priorities to completion and ensure smooth execution of launches.
  • Develop improved processes, manage external partners, and optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of ecommerce or digital marketing experience, preferably with a high-growth consumer brand.
  • Extensive experience with Shopify, including hands-on management and optimization.
  • Proven experience owning lifecycle and retention strategies across email, SMS, loyalty, and/or subscription.
  • Proficiency in analyzing ecommerce metrics to inform fast, data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated high ownership and initiative, with the ability to drive projects independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring structure to ambiguous situations.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards while maintaining progress.
  • A proactive approach to finding more efficient and effective ways of working.
