About the Role

This role involves the holistic conception, planning, organization, execution, and follow-up of sports events and projects, such as "Größe zeigen", ALBA & Allianz 3x3 Girls Cup, or the ALBA BERLIN & Allianz Girls’ Day. You will be responsible for operational and administrative project processes, including participant management, maintaining booking and planning tools, and coordinating with internal interfaces. Ensuring professional project organization regarding schedules, communication, resources, and quality is key. You will also continuously develop existing event and project formats and contribute to creating new offerings for children and young people.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Experience in planning, organization, and management of projects, events, or comparable offerings, ideally in the sports, education, or club environment
Strong organizational talent and a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
Enthusiasm for sports and high identification with the values and environment of ALBA BERLIN; basketball affinity is an advantage
Ideally, initial experience in project or event management and a Class B driver's license
Successful hiring requires a current extended certificate of good conduct
