About the Role

We are building agents that transform the entire customer relationship for companies in telecommunications, media, and technology. Our agents help customers rise to the occasion during service disruptions, major product launches, or global events that drive millions of customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are highly performant, reliable, and intuitive.
• Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
• Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production environments.
• Partner with leaders at large enterprises to understand business challenges and build transformative AI agents.
• Partner with cutting-edge startups to embed AI agents across their business stack.
• Surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent development.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
• A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency.
• Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems.
• Excellent communication skills—clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excitement in the retail space and a care for helping top brands build brand loyalty with their customers.
