About the Role
Own the integration of lateral attorneys and acquired practices end to end, ensuring a seamless transition for clients and a superior experience for attorneys. Build and refine the integration playbook to streamline future transitions.
Responsibilities
- Own the integration playbook end to end, defining and building a repeatable system.
- Build the go-to-market moment for each joining attorney, including messaging, storytelling, webinars, and events.
- Champion the attorney experience by managing marketing support, profile-building, and practice investment.
- Oversee the operational transition of practices onto the platform, including case migration, workflows, and billing.
- Manage relationships through high-touch interactions like dinners and events.
- Gather insights from each integration to improve the playbook and platform.
- Define and track integration milestones, measuring progress and identifying risks.
Requirements
- 7+ years in strategy & operations, product, consulting, chief-of-staff, or a senior generalist role.
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Exposure to M&A, post-merger integration, or senior-hire onboarding.
- Proven track record of owning and achieving specific business goals.
- High relationship EQ with experience managing senior professionals and their clients.
- Sharp communication skills, capable of both written documentation and hosting events.
- Willingness to work from the Flatiron office five days a week.
