About the Role
Make-A-Wish Canada is seeking a Marketing Manager, Products & Programs to lead select mass fundraising initiatives and contribute to the integrated strategy and execution of plans for corporate, community, legacy, tribute, and alumni programs. This role focuses on internal partner service and data-informed campaigns to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate partner program marketing requests, partnering with the Corporate team to develop and execute marketing and communications initiatives.
- Partner with the Community Partnerships team to develop and execute marketing and communications initiatives, including promoting initiatives across provinces to attract new business and support event promotion.
- Lead the strategy, execution, and reporting for the sweepstakes program, with responsibility for achieving the program’s revenue target of $200K by FY28.
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen relationships with funeral homes and grow revenue in this area, including promotion and mailing programs.
- Partner with the Legacy Giving team to develop and execute marketing and communications plans and initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of the Alumni stewardship and fundraising program.
- Develop and execute strategies to maintain and grow relationships with external partners through which donors give to Make-A-Wish Canada, including ongoing reporting and performance tracking.
- Respond to and support miscellaneous marketing and communications needs as required.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, fundraising, or equivalent combination of training, education and work experience.
- 5 years of progressive experience in integrated marketing and advertising, with experience in non-profits and peer-to-peer fundraising events a plus.
- Experience in people leadership or leading cross-functional teams and vendors/agencies.
- Strong strategic planning and revenue growth capabilities.
- Service-minded individual who values collaboration and flawless execution.
- A clear Criminal Background Check will be required.
Skills
- Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset.

- $83,000-$93,300
