About the Role
BSA designs facilities that support, enhance and inspire healing, learning and discovery. Our integrated disciplinary efforts with visionary healthcare, higher education and research clients achieve measurable outcomes through metrics-driven design solutions. Together, we create inspired solutions that improve lives. We are searching for an upcoming Mechanical Engineering graduate to join our Raleigh, NC studio!
Responsibilities
- Assists Engineers with the design and documentation of complex projects
- Prepares and develops high-quality project documents
- Participates in various design and construction phases of projects
- Attends client, consultant, and design committee meetings as needed
- Collaborates and communicates effectively with project team members
- Contributes to project debriefs and lessons-learned sessions
- Manages time effectively to meet deadlines and project budgets
- Works within assigned project hours and tasks, with guidance from senior team members
Requirements
- 0-3 years of applicable experience
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

- Microsoft Teams environment, including Co-Pilot
- Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Large Language Models (LLM's)
- Deltek VantagePoint preferred
