About the Role
Peregrine is seeking a GTM Systems Analyst to support and maintain the systems architecture for its go-to-market organization. This role involves being a hands-on partner to over 200 users across various departments, managing daily requests for Salesforce and connected tools, troubleshooting issues, and executing enhancements. The position combines responsive support with strategic execution of the GTM systems roadmap, including project contributions, data governance, and identifying automation opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Respond to team needs and take timely action to support business outcomes.
- Collaborate constructively with teammates.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Triage competing requests, assess urgency and business impact, and stay organized.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues, distinguishing between systems issues, user guidance needs, and process improvements.
- Balance quick-turn support with larger projects.
- Ask 'why' behind requirements, seek feedback, and apply lessons learned.
- Develop an understanding of GTM team operations and change management.
- Handle sensitive business information and customer contracts with discretion.
Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator certification, active progress toward one, or equivalent experience with a strong grasp of Salesforce fundamentals.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional environment (approximately one year may suffice if certified; otherwise, deeper practical experience is needed).
- Comfortable triaging competing requests, distinguishing systems issues from user guidance needs or process gaps, and staying organized in a fast-changing environment.
- Experience supporting or executing parts of GTM planning or systems-change cycles, with the ability to follow a project plan and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with agile/sprint-based workflows and tools like Asana.
- Growing familiarity with the broader GTM tech stack, including AI and enrichment tools (Salesloft/Outreach, Clari, Gong, HubSpot, Fullcast, Clay, or similar is a plus).
- Strong communicator and collaborator, able to translate business needs into clear systems requirements.
- Service-oriented, proactive, and low-ego, with a clear bias for action toward team outcomes.
- Sound judgment, integrity, and discretion with sensitive business information and customer contracts.
- GovTech, public-sector sales, or complex-sales-cycle SaaS experience is a plus.
- Salesforce CPQ, quoting workflows, case management, or other customer-facing experience is a plus.
