About the Role
Puulse is seeking a part-time Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our Toronto office. This role involves producing creative assets for graphic design, video, and marketing, while supporting recruiting, internal marketing, and sales enablement content. Ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment and aim to build a diverse portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Design recruiting ads and marketing assets in batches.
- Edit video content for recruiting, top-performer features, and culture clips.
- Design leaderboards, recognition graphics, and incentive announcements.
- Capture and edit photo and video from office events and team outings.
- Assist in building and updating job listings, candidate forms, email templates, and interview kits.
- Support external recruiting content across Indeed, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Maintain organization of templates, content calendars, and Monday boards.
- Manage a variety of day-to-day tasks and quick-turnaround requests with shifting priorities.
Requirements
- Strong graphic design skills with the ability to produce high volumes of quality work.
- Video editing experience for social and recruiting content.
- A keen design eye and good judgment for effective content.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent requests.
- Energetic, reliable, and interested in the marketing and recruiting aspects of a sales company.
