About the Role
GOALS for Autism, Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Clinical Supervisor Interns. We are a values-driven Applied Behavior Analysis agency committed to creating meaningful positive changes for individuals with behavioral disorders and their families.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the development of individualized programs for clients, ages 14 months and older, in natural settings.
- Provides program training and feedback directly to behavior technicians and parents in a naturalistic setting.
- Supervises the implementation and integrity of client treatment plans by Behavior Technicians.
- Assists in administering assessments and implementing client treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
- Conducts regular visits with caregivers to review program effectiveness, make observations, collect data, chart progress, and provide parent education.
- Ensures client treatment plans meet medical necessity and maintains data collection on all treatment plan goals under the direction of the BCBA.
- Participates in group supervision a minimum of twice per month and completes all required assignments during fieldwork experience.
- Demonstrates leadership by participating in company-related activities, such as interviewing potential new hires, job fairs, and providing trainings a minimum of one time per quarter.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Enrollment in a BCaBA or BCBA program required.
- Two years of related professional experience applying ABA methodologies.
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
- Experience supervising RBTs is preferred.
