About the Role

The Regional Business Manager will lead sales efforts in a cross-area region, representing the company's LTC Biologics Portfolio with a primary focus on Santyl. This role involves working with regional sales teams and engaging with CDPs, TPGs, and LTC Chains.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate, and execute a plan to meet a sales quota.
  • Act as the primary account-level contact and liaison between targeted business partners and S+N.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders and key clinical/administrative personnel.
  • Engage with facility-level stakeholders as necessary.
  • Participate in key regional and national CDP conferences to maintain a consistent presence within the LTC community.
  • Monitor trends and issues in the LTC market to identify potential and actual unmet needs.
  • Contribute to the development of initial and ongoing improvements to product marketing materials and sales strategies.
  • Serve as a liaison between the field, key accounts, and NAMs.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of relevant sales and/or sales management experience in the medical device industry.
  • Experience in acute care settings, complex sales processes, and multiple call points including OR and Pharmacy.
  • Experience with project-oriented, implementation sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and leverage KOL relationships.
  • Proven success in pioneering new products or technologies to the market.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
