About the Role

This role exists to redefine the financial advice relationship, focusing on human judgment, behavioral insight, and trust. You will build and lead client relationships, delivering personalized advice across multiple channels, and growing the client base by focusing on irreplaceable human elements.

Responsibilities

• Drive client retention above 95% by delivering proactive, outcomes-focused advice.
• Provide steady guidance to clients, applying behavioral finance principles in client conversations.
• Review, govern, and contextualize AI-generated plans and models, owning the judgment call and client outcome.
• Build Steadyhand's presence through a disciplined referral program and cultivating Centers of Influence.
• Develop the next generation of Steadyhand advisors by modeling best practices and mentoring junior advisors.

Requirements

• QAFP or CFP designation (working towards accepted)
• Seven or more years of direct client-facing experience in financial advisory or wealth management
• Proven track record of building and retaining deep client relationships
• Working fluency with AI tools in a professional context, with the judgment to know when to trust the output and when to challenge it
• Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
