About the Role

We are seeking Seasonal Golf Course Greenskeepers / Landscape Gardeners for the 2026 golf season. Successful candidates will be energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for golf course care. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic, leadership potential, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This role is responsible for maintaining the golf course grounds, including mowing, topdressing, repairing divots, trimming, pruning, and completing general maintenance duties to ensure exceptional playing conditions throughout the season.

Responsibilities

Perform mowing and maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, and rough areas
Rake and maintain sand bunkers to ensure consistent playing conditions
Rake and remove leaves, debris, and other materials from the golf course
Assist with additional turf maintenance duties as assigned by the Grounds Management team
Operate light and heavy equipment including hand-powered tools, riding mowers, tractors, and related turf maintenance equipment
Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality golf experience for members and guests by maintaining exceptional course conditions
Work collaboratively with the turf maintenance team while demonstrating enthusiasm and pride in the quality of work performed

Requirements

Ability to work early morning shifts (start times between 5:30–6:00 a.m.)
Availability to work required weekends and holidays throughout the golf season
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
Physically capable of completing required tasks, including repetitive and manual work
Previous landscaping experience preferred but not required
Golf course maintenance experience considered an asset but not required
Strong customer service mindset with a professional and respectful demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately and efficiently
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
High level of responsibility, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Candidates 18 years or older may be required to complete a criminal background check
