About the Role
For our Migrationscenter project, we are seeking a dedicated social pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) who contributes to improving the living and housing situation of our participants with empathy and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Intensive relationship work
- Social pedagogical diagnostics
- Help for self-help - empowerment
- Creation and processing of support plans and final reports
- Referral counseling
- If applicable, outreach - mobile social work
Requirements
- Social Work / Social Pedagogy, state recognition desired
- Special Education / Rehabilitation Pedagogy / Special Pedagogy with relevant knowledge
- Further degree qualifications (Diplom, Bachelor, Master or Magister Artium) with supplementary subjects or study focuses (Social/Special) Pedagogy/Social Work or Rehabilitation, Special Pedagogy or Youth Welfare
- Educators with one year of professional experience with the target group
- State-recognized educational professions with a relevant additional qualification of at least 640 teaching hours and state-recognized work educators, provided they can demonstrate at least one year of professional experience with the target group within the last five years
