About the Role
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing direct inshipment programs, including direct mail, digital marketing, and alternate media, to support Direct to Consumer financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assists the Manager with the development of bulk and test marketing plans to meet inshipment program objectives.
- Coordinates the development of promotional materials, ensuring objectives and deadlines are met.
- Reviews creative copy, generates copy approval outlines, monitors the approval process, and writes production instructions.
- Proofreads all promotional materials at each creative stage.
- Sets up, maintains, and communicates campaign overview details to stakeholders for timely and accurate offer execution.
- Generates and processes campaign documents, including promotional details, progress reports, spending reports, and purchase orders.
- Reviews processes and operational aspects of inshipment programs to improve efficiency, cost savings, and innovation.
- Recommends methods to reduce complexity through innovation or creative process efficiencies.
- Monitors, reports, and presents campaign results at applicable stages for all programs.
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business/Marketing or related discipline.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate complex campaigns under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking skills for developing innovative marketing plans and problem-solving.
