About the Role

Bank of America is seeking motivated individuals to drive innovation in treasury solutions for global clients. This role involves advocating for clients in areas like liquidity management, payments, trade finance, and commercial cards, blending technology with personalized service. Challenge the status quo and influence peers with diverse viewpoints, demonstrating ownership and a forward-thinking approach to treasury management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow treasury revenue across a portfolio of Large Corporate TMT clients.
  • Partner with Corporate Bankers, Liquidity, Payments and Receivables, Trade, Card, and Foreign Exchange partners to develop customized treasury solutions.
  • Focus on growing new and underpenetrated client relationships, and expanding existing ones.
  • Be accountable for revenue growth, profitability, client planning, client calling intensity, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal/presentation development/delivery.
  • Maintain strong client focus, treasury industry expertise, understanding of the evolving innovation landscape, client subsector expertise, and a broad understanding of bank structure and global cash management products/services.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence, lead and mobilize business partners, and appropriate financial acumen.
  • Maintain a consistent level of goal achievement and challenge oneself.
  • Ensure responsible revenue and balance sheet growth, profitability improvement, client calling and planning, portfolio development, pricing strategy, proposal responses, and lead client-facing treasury presentations.
  • Develop customized treasury solutions by identifying solutions based on client-focused cost/benefit analysis and bank-focused profitability analysis.
  • Lead pricing and negotiation discussions with clients for treasury management products to optimize relationship profitability and Year over Year (YoY) growth.
  • Participate actively in the Client Management Process (CMP), focusing on client relationship development from growth of new client relationships to deepening existing relationships through thoughtful identification of client needs.
  • Foster digital adoption by driving mobile, digital, and real-time payments adoption.
  • Manage strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, leveraging best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solutioning positioning.
  • Maintain an in-depth client focus, treasury industry expertise, client subsector expertise, and a broad understanding of bank structure.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Treasury / cash management industry experience, including global product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Ability to demonstrate creative thinking while adhering to guidelines.
  • Strong business/financial acumen.
  • Proven ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team.
  • Ability to build trust and deep, market differentiating relationships with clients.
