About the Role
Join Falcon Farms as a part-time Flower Merchandiser and be part of a mission to bring color and joy to customers' lives through beautiful floral arrangements. You will have a direct impact on stores by ensuring flowers are perfectly displayed and will be provided with all necessary tools, including a planned route.
Responsibilities
- Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
- Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
- Use a mobile device to communicate with supervisors and report activities.
- Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
- Ensure stores are prepared for festive demand during key dates like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
- Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments.
- Support teammates with special activities when needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
- Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
- Internet access and a smartphone.
- Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
- Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders.
- Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.
